当前游戏没有展示真实广告，也未加载 Google AdSense、广告 Cookie、分析追踪或第三方广告 SDK。提交网站审核不代表已经获准投放广告。游戏不要求点击广告、看广告领奖励或付费才能继续。
游戏面向一般公众，并非专为儿童设计。我们不收集出生日期或建立玩家账号，也不根据游戏成绩推断健康状况。儿童的联系反馈请由监护人协助，勿发送个人敏感信息。
每日挑战与抽取历史
每日挑战的马来西亚日期、药材版本、所选答案与答题位置保存在 zhonghe-games.daily.v1，用于同一天续玩；题目按本机时钟生成，不是服务器计时。自由练习的有限抽取历史保存在 zhonghe-games.v1，用于减少近期重复。这些记录不上传、不跨设备同步，也不构成公开排行榜。清除本机记录会一并删除每日挑战记录和抽取历史。
适用范围
本政策适用于 game.zhongheofficial.com，由仲禾中医网站提供。官网预约、购物、WhatsApp 及其他外部网站有各自的数据处理流程，不属于游戏本机记录。游戏不连接诊所客户、订单或预约数据库。
闯关存档
药柜闯关的章节、随机局面编号、翻牌与答题等游戏操作、用时和章节评价，也保存在同一个本机存储项中，用于刷新后续玩。没有上传操作日志或跨设备排行榜。清除本机记录会结束当前闯关，并删除续玩存档和章节成绩；自由练习当前局仍可继续。
订单挑战记录
轻松或限时接单偏好、各模式最佳分数和完成局数保存在同一个本机存储项中，清除记录会删除这些成绩并恢复轻松接单偏好。订单局内的清单、货架和装箱进度仅在当前页面保留，刷新后会重新开始。订单只是游戏中的药材图鉴清单，不是药方、配伍或服用剂量。
本机记录
游戏通过浏览器 localStorage 保存语言、音效、难度、练习策略、已认识的药材、成绩和每种药材的识图答题次数、正确次数、连续正确次数及待复习状态，存储项为 zhonghe-games.v1。没有游戏账号，这些记录不会由游戏上传到服务器，也不会跨设备同步。
记录保留在当前浏览器。“本机数据”中的清除功能会删除成绩、图鉴及错题记录，练习策略回到均衡探索，但保留语言、音效和难度偏好，当前局仍可继续。要一并删除偏好，请清除浏览器中本网站的站点数据。删除的成绩不能恢复。关闭或限制浏览器存储时，游戏仍可使用，但记录可能无法保存。
访问与联系信息
打开网页时，服务器会接收 IP 地址及请求信息，并可能为提供服务、安全和排错记录访问时间、请求路径与浏览器信息。这与仅在本机保存的游戏成绩不同。
通过电话或外部消息平台联系仲禾时，我们会收到你主动提供的信息，用于回应反馈。请不要通过游戏反馈发送病历、身份证号码、密码或其他敏感资料；需要医疗服务时请联系诊所。
广告展示计划
首阶段只考虑在 game.zhongheofficial.com 的独立学习专题放置清楚标注的展示广告。游戏操作区域、闯关、翻牌、拖拽、答题、每日挑战、图鉴弹窗、关于、隐私和联系页面不在该阶段的投放范围内。官网商品、酒类、购物车、付款、预约及后台也不属于游戏广告投放计划。
广告计划尚未启用。实际版位需在网站获批、同意管理和广告加载测试完成后另行发布，不会以普通展示广告模拟游戏内奖励或插屏广告。
若启用 Google 广告：数据与选择
以下说明仅适用于未来启用广告后的情况，不表示当前正在收集广告数据。Google 和其他参与投放的供应商可能根据你先前访问本网站或其他网站的记录，通过 Cookie 或类似存储投放广告。Google 及其合作伙伴可能使用广告 Cookie，在获得所需同意及符合相关设置时展示个性化广告。

同意管理与撤回
当前没有运行广告同意弹窗，也没有广告同意记录需要在游戏内撤回。Google 账户内的消息配置本身不表示本页面已经展示或收集同意。
未来面向欧洲经济区、英国及瑞士用户投放需要同意的广告时，将使用 Google 认证的同意管理平台，并提供同意、不同意和管理选项，以及可再次打开设置、更改或撤回选择的入口。其他地区按适用要求处理；不会把马来西亚运营地点当作其他地区要求的豁免。
本政策不是同意按钮。只有在实际同意流程和拒绝后的行为经过测试后，才会启用相应广告。清除游戏成绩只影响本机游戏记录，不能代替未来广告服务的同意撤回操作。

Current advertising status
This game does not show live ads and does not load Google AdSense, advertising cookies, analytics tracking or third-party ad SDKs. Submitting the site for review does not mean it has been approved to serve ads. Clicking ads, watching rewarded ads or paying is not required to continue playing.
The game is intended for the general public and is not designed specifically for children. We do not collect dates of birth, create player accounts or infer health conditions from game scores. A guardian should assist with feedback from a child; please do not send sensitive personal information.
Daily challenge and selection history
The Malaysia date, catalog version, selected answers and position are stored under zhonghe-games.daily.v1 to resume the same day. Challenges use the device clock, not server time. Bounded practice selection history is stored under zhonghe-games.v1 to reduce recent repeats. Neither record is uploaded or synced across devices, and neither is a public leaderboard. Clearing local progress also removes daily records and selection history.
Scope
This policy covers game.zhongheofficial.com, provided by the ZhongHe TCM website. Clinic bookings, shopping, WhatsApp and external websites have separate data-handling processes. The game does not connect to the clinic customer, order or appointment database.
Journey saves
Cabinet chapters, random board seeds, game actions such as card flips and answers, elapsed time and chapter results are saved under the same local storage key to resume after a reload. No action logs are uploaded and there is no cross-device leaderboard. Clearing local progress ends the current journey and removes its resume save and chapter results; the current free-practice round can continue.
Order challenge records
The relaxed or rush preference, separate best scores and completed shift counts use the same local storage key. Clearing records removes these scores and resets the preference to relaxed. Active order lists, shelf stock and the packing box stay in the current page only and reset on refresh. These orders are illustration lists for a game, not prescriptions, herb combinations or doses.
Local progress
The game stores language, sound, difficulty, practice choice, discovered herbs, scores and per-herb quiz attempts, correct answers, correct streaks and review status in browser localStorage under zhonghe-games.v1. There is no game account. The game does not upload these records to a server or sync them across devices.
Records stay in this browser. Clearing progress through Local data removes scores, discoveries and review records, and resets practice to Explore, but keeps language, sound and difficulty preferences; the current round can continue. To remove preferences too, delete this website's site data in your browser. Deleted scores cannot be restored. Play remains available when browser storage is restricted, but records may not be saved.
Visits and messages
When you open a page, the server receives your IP address and request information. It may record request time, path and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. These service records are separate from locally stored game scores.
If you contact ZhongHe by telephone or an external messaging service, we receive the information you choose to provide to respond to your message. Do not send medical records, identity numbers, passwords or other sensitive information with game feedback. Contact the clinic for medical services.
Planned advertising scope
The first phase considers clearly labelled display ads only on standalone learning guides at game.zhongheofficial.com. Gameplay, journeys, matching, dragging, quizzes, daily challenges, journal dialogs, About, Privacy and Contact are outside that phase. Main-site products, alcohol, carts, payments, appointments and admin pages are also outside the game advertising plan.
The plan is not enabled. Actual placements require site approval, consent management and ad-loading tests before a separate publication. Ordinary display ads will not be repurposed as in-game rewarded or interstitial ads.
If Google ads are enabled: data and choices
This section describes a future ad-enabled version, not current advertising data collection. Google and other participating vendors may use cookies or similar storage to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Advertising cookies may let Google and its partners personalise ads where the necessary consent and settings permit it.
Loading advertising services may send the page URL, IP address, browser or device information and advertising identifiers to providers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The game will not upload patient data, local scores, review answers or journey logs to ad providers. The actual vendors and purposes will be listed in the consent message and policy when advertising is introduced.
Use Google Ad Settings below to manage or turn off personalised advertising. Turning off personalisation does not remove all ads or all measurement and fraud-prevention processing. External websites and WhatsApp apply their own privacy policies when you follow their links.
Consent and withdrawing a choice
No advertising consent dialog runs on this game today, and there is no game advertising consent record to withdraw. A message configured in the Google account does not mean this page has displayed it or collected consent.
Before serving ads that require consent to people in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we will use a Google-certified consent management platform with Consent, Do not consent and Manage options, plus a way to reopen settings and change or withdraw a choice. Other regions will be handled according to applicable requirements; operating in Malaysia does not waive requirements elsewhere.
This policy is not a consent button. Relevant advertising will only be enabled after the actual consent flow and refusal behaviour are tested. Clearing game progress affects local game records and is not a substitute for withdrawing future advertising consent.
Privacy questions and corrections
Use the ZhongHe clinic channels on the contact page for questions about personal information, service logs or content. Local scores are not uploaded, so we cannot retrieve or inspect them on the server. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
